A message dated May 27, 2005, was received stating the Governor has                                 
signed the following bill on May 26, 2005, and is transmitting the                                  
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for                               
permanent filing:                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 293                                                                              
    "An Act relating to a borough sales tax exemption for a source
